Eric Crawford, Pastor
Eric Crawford is the founding Pastor of Heritage Baptist Church in Haslet, TX. Heritage was organized as a church in March of 2001. In August 2024, Heritage Daycare and Preschool began as a ministry of HBC. Pastor Crawford married his high school sweetheart, Tanya, on July 31, 1992. They have 3 sons, Caleb and his wife Abby and grand-baby McKenna, Joshua and his wife Erin, and Micah. They will celebrate 30 years of marriage and 30 years of full-time ministry this year (2022). God has blessed Heritage Baptist Church and Heritage Daycare and Preschool in a great way, and we look forward to seeing what the Lord has in store for the future.
Valerie Lund, Director
Meet Valerie Lund, the founding Director of Heritage Daycare & Preschool (HDC), nestled in the heart of Haslet, TX. Valerie and her family became part of the Heritage Baptist Church family in the summer of 2022. Married to her supportive husband, Steve, since 2001, Valerie is a proud mother to three wonderful sons, Will, Dean, and James, all of whom currently attend Heritage Christian Academy. Valerie's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. However, her true passion lies in fostering the growth and happiness of children of all ages. Over the past two decades, she has tirelessly worked and volunteered in various capacities with youth, earning her the endearing moniker "the baby whisperer" among Heritage Baptist Church families. Valerie's vision for Heritage Daycare & Preschool is rooted in her deep faith and desire to provide a nurturing, enriching, and safe environment where children can flourish. With a Christ-centered approach to education, the HDC team aims to create an atmosphere brimming with joy, learning, and love.
